2. General

We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies, no visitor statistics and no embedded social media.

3. Visiting the website

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address and the time of access. This is necessary to display the website and to protect it. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data may be processed outside the EU; in that case this takes place with safeguards recognised by the EU.

4. Language selection

If you choose a language, your choice is stored locally in your browser so that the website is shown in the same language next time. This information never leaves your device. You can delete it by clearing your browser data.

5. Membership application

When you apply for membership, we process the data you enter (name, association name if applicable, address, city, e-mail and signature) in order to manage your membership. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The application is sent to us by e-mail. A spam protection service checks that the application is sent by a human. The data is deleted no later than one year after the membership ends, unless the law requires longer storage.

6. Your rights
