Information on the use of personal data within the association's activities
The association Silver Horizon Institute is responsible for the data processing activities described here.
Providing the personal data specified above is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the association according to its statutes, or for its projects — in case of refusal, participation in the association's activities and projects is not possible (this does not apply to consent for the newsletter or the use of photos, which are voluntary).
With my signature I acknowledge that my personal data provided here will be processed electronically and manually within the association on a contractual basis (membership and participation in association projects).
The purposes of processing are:
1. Collection of data in the context of various networking, research, and educational projects.
2. Organizational and technical administration and financial processing, and the filing of documents that may contain personal data in the association's archive, where necessary.
Personal data is used by the association only for the stated purposes.
Upon resignation or termination of cooperation, all personal data will be deleted, at the latest within one year of resignation — provided there are no outstanding membership payments, the data is not required to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims of the association, and no longer storage is required by law.
If documents containing personal data have entered the association's archive, they will remain there until revoked or a deletion request is made.
Anonymized questionnaires showing no personal data other than gender are not affected by these provisions.
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and, where applicable, objection to processing, as well as a right of appeal to the data protection authority.
Individual responsibility:
As a member, I understand that the association provides information and any research or educational material on an "as is" basis, for members' self-directed participation on their own responsibility. This information does not constitute legal or business advice, and the association is not liable for members' own actions.
The application is valid only with the applicant's signature.
